13. Turn Off the Technology
We’re bombarded by technology in today’s world. When stress is weighing you down, cut off all of the electronics. Come home and leave the television off. Don’t get on the computer. Power down your phone. Step away from the mountain of emails, texts, and instant messages that bombard you from the moment you open your eyes until you go to bed. When your mind isn’t cluttered with technology, you can breathe. You’ll find it’s much easier to handle any kind of stressful situation without the techno buzz.
