When was the last time you took a vacation? If you are like the majority of Americans, you don’t even use the time you have coming to you. To be more productive and healthier, you need to give yourself a break. It might be an overnight in the middle of the week or a weekend. Scope out the travel deals and take advantage of promotions. Be spontaneous. Hop in the car and forget about the GPS. Go where the road takes you and be surprised by where you end up. Get away when you feel a need rather than waiting months on end. You’ll do yourself a favor when your stress is cut down to size.
