12. Listen to Music
Music is good for the soul and it will relieve stress too. Turn on your favorite tunes on the ride home. Turn on your iPod when you go jogging or walk around the block. Pop in a CD or break out the record player in the evening. Sing along. Get up a dance. It doesn’t matter if you know how to dance or if you look ridiculous. You’re can move your body like no one is watching. If you’re fortunate, someone will be there to share the moment and enjoy it with you. Say goodbye to your stress and get into the groove.
