Intimacy with your partner is one of the best ways there is to relieve stress. All too often, we neglect our relationships when life gets crazy. When you’re feeling swamped and tensions are high, this is the time to turn to your partner. Take time out and get off of the crazy ride of work and your obligations. Look at the one you love and truly see that person. Have a meaningful conversation. Go out to dinner. Take a walk in the moonlight and hold hands. Dance in the living room while you share a bottle of wine. Talk into the wee hours about anything and everything. Pamper each other. Hit the shower. Wear something that makes you feel attractive.
