Anything that is flowing will benefit your circulatory system. Think lightweight and cotton. You can look stylish without strangling any part of you. If you do feel a need to wear something that is form-fitting, choose material that can breathe. Stay away from any tight elastic that cuts off the blood flow and makes you uncomfortable.
