4. Exercise Every Day
If your heart is going to work well and keep your circulation going, you need to exercise. You should include at least 20 to 30 minutes of moderate activity in your life every day. It doesn’t have to be strenuous. You don’t need to do the Iron Man competition or run the Boston Marathon. Find something you enjoy and do it. Go for a walk every day. Take your dog along or stroll with a friend. You’ll get the added benefit of pleasant company. Try hiking. Give jogging a go. Pick up an exercise DVD or sign up for a gym membership. Park your car a long ways from the office and take the stairs. Walk the halls and stairway at work on your break. You can be creative as you find many ways to get active. Keep your heart pumping and the blood will keep flowing freely everywhere it needs to go.
