7. Check Your Mattress
The condition and age of your mattress can have results on your posture. If your mattress is old, it can put pressure on different places in your body. Try putting a foam topper on your old mattress. The foam topper will support your body by evening out the weight and pressure. If you have a spring mattress, then it takes on different shapes over time. You can even out the wear by turning and flipping it every once in a while.
