9. Keep Your Head Straight

Many people allow their head to move forward at different parts of the day. However, it’s necessary to keep your head in position with your spine. Your head may move forward if you look at the floor as you walk, or if your computer monitor is positioned incorrectly. If you notice that your head is not in the right position, then you should make a conscious effort to straighten it. A good way to remember to do this is to leave yourself a note that reminds you on your desk or computer.
