Exercise is a great way to improve your hormone levels and improve your immune system. It is recommended that adults engage in at least 150 minutes of moderately intense activity or 75 minutes of vigorously intense activity each week. Moderately intense activity can be best described as an activity that would cause you to breathe hard as if you were on a fast walk. Vigorously intense activity would include activities that use large muscles which in turn cause you to breathe harder and sweat. Some examples of this would be weight lifting or boxing.
